Obituary for Adam Birchfield Mr. Adam Birchfield, age 28, of Roan Mountain, TN went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 20, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Roan Mountain, TN he was the son of Jeffery Howard Birchfield and Darlene Taylor Birchfield, Roan Mountain. Adam was a millwright, and enjoyed playing golf in his spare time.

He was a caring man who went his own way, who was loved by all and loved all. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Birchfield and a grandfather, Lit Birchfield. In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include a sister, Erica Amber Johnson and husband Joshua, Roan Mountain; grandparents, Linda and Junior Taylor, Roan Mountain and Sue and Ronald Stevens, Roan Mountain; an uncle, Richard Taylor and wife Misti, Roan Mountain; a great-uncle, Tommy Taylor and a very special friend, Dennis Birchfield, Hampton.
