Obituary for Chris Hughes Chris Hughes, age 49, of Johnson City, TN passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 at his residence following an extended illness. A native of Watauga, TN he is the son of Imogene Holder Hughes, Watauga, TN and the late Lowell Hughes. Mr. Hughes was a construction worker and he enjoyed drawing.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Hughes. In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Glenna Hughes, of the home; a daughter, Morgan Hughes, Watauga, TN; a son, Phoenix Suit, Johnson City, TN and two step-children, Benjamin Goodell and Haven Goodell. The family will hold a memorial service at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, August 12, 2018 at the home of his mother, Imogene Hughes, 131 Hughes Road, Watauga, TN 37694.
