Obituary for Coy B. Brickey Mr. Coy B. Brickey, age 74, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at the Hillview Health Center. A native of Norton, VA he was the son of the late Daniel Floyd Brickey and Roxie Collier Brickey. Mr. Brickey was a commercial printer and retired from E.T.S.U.

He was a member of Keystone Freewill Baptist Church and he was a U.S. Army veteran and served in the National Guard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Barbara Allen Brickey, of the home; a son Shannon Brickey and wife Kim, Johnson City; two daughters, Tammy Bishop and Wendi Hardin, both of Elizabethton; granddaughters, Erika Brickey, Kelley Sapp and Breck Bishop; grandsons, Chase Markland and Zac Workman and a great-grandson, Koda Sapp. The family will greet friends from 3:00 – 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Coy B. Brickey. Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to Alzheimer’s Tennessee, 2319 Brown Mill Road, Suite D6, Johnson City, TN 37604.
