Obituary for Phillip L. Green Phillip L. Green, age 69, of Elizabethton, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Life Care Center of Elizabethton. He was a son of Virgie Mullins Greene of Johnson City and the late Don Paul Greene and was born in Hawkins County. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Dillard Green.

Phillip was of the Baptist faith. Those left to cherish his memory in addition to his mother include two daughters, Jackie Green and husband Mickey Holcomb of Charlotte, NC; and Jessie Green of Elizabethton; one son, Don Green and wife Brandy Black of Daphne, AL; eight grandchildren, Tyler Green, Josh Green, Jordan Green, Lacey Green, Ashley Green, Heather Green, Zackary Green and Brooklyn Thomas; three great grandchildren, Lillie Thomas, Emerson Thomas and Easton Green. It was Mr. Green’s wishes to be cremated.
