OBITUARY Adam Michael Swor October 29, 1982 – January 20, 2019 Adam Michael Swor, age 36, died on Sunday, January 20, 2019, from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident in Nashville, TN. Adam was born on October 29, 1982 in Nashville, TN. He graduated from Donelson Christian Academy in 2001 and from David Lipscomb University in 2005.

He is preceded in death by his father, John Michael Swor; paternal grandparents, Sammy V. Swor, Sr. and Lillian C. Swor; and maternal grandparents, Henry T. Woodard and Mary F. Woodard. Adam is survived by his daughters, Piper Leigh Swor and Parker Annabelle Swor, and their mother, Britney Barkley Swor; his mother and step-father, Judy and Don Bianchini; step-siblings, Matt Bianchini and Amy (Zack) Grizzle; step-mother, Danell Corritore; step-grandmother, Charlotte Swor; several extended family members and friends. Visitation will be at Hermitage Funeral Home on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.

The Celebration of Adam’s Life will immediately follow at 12:00 pm with Pastor Russell Irwin officiating. For those desiring, contributions in Adam’s memory may be sent to Donelson Christian Academy, 300 Danyacrest Drive, Nashville, TN 37214.
