OBITUARY Addie A. Jenkins November 22, 1924 – December 6, 2018 Addie Jenkins, 94, passed away December 6 in Leitchfield, Kentucky. She was born on November 22, 1924 to the late Herman and Evea Allen. Addie retired from Citizen’s Fidelity Bank.

She lived a long, good life and will be greatly missed by her family and close friends. Addie is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Jenkins; 2 brothers, Russell Allen and John Allen; and a sister, Aleta Nichols. Left to cherish her memory is her nephew, Dr. Jerry L. Nichols (Charlotte) and her niece, Candy Smith.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 2 pm. The family will accept guests for visitation on Tuesday before the service from 11am to 2pm.
