Obituary of Agnes Suchy Agnes Elizabeth “Nanny” Suchy of Milford formerly Livingston Manor passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Milford Senior Care and Rehab. She was 86. She was the daughter of the late Forrest Miller and Thelma Brown, born on April 2, 1932 in Nunda, NY.

For many years she worked as a waitress at Turning Point Café in Piermont NY. Agnes, known to many as “Nanny” was the loving nanny to the Edwards/Sprague family. She always made her home a warm and welcoming place for all to come and visit, and greeted everyone she met with a smile.

She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her. She is survived by her children: Wiley, Robert and Catherine Lacey; her grandchildren: Ann Cristales and Michelle Buchanan and others; many great-grandchildren; her best friend, Diane Sprague and Julie Edwards, the girl she helped raise and treated as her own. She was predeceased by her husbands, Wiley Lacey and Vaclav “Bill” Suchy.

Agnes will be laid to rest in a family plot on Saturday, October 20th at 12:00noon at Beaverkill Cemetery. Arrangements were under the care of Colonial-Bryant Funeral Home for further information please call 845-434-7363 / 845-292-7160 or visit our website at www. colonialbryantfuneralhome.com.
