Alan Keith Cash age 55 of Gray, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2019 in the Johnson City Medical Center. He was the son of the late Norman and Betty Smith Cash, born to them on April 21, 1963 in Johnson City, Tennessee. Alan was a 1981 graduate of Daniel Boone High School, and worked for many years in restaurants around the area.

Alan is survived by his sisters and brothers-in-law: Stephanie & Billy Steadman, and Lori & Mark Randolph; Two nephews: Bradley (Sarah) Steadman and Luke Randolph; One niece; Hope Randolph; Two great-nieces: Lucy and Lyla Steadman; Special friend and “sister in our heart” Cheri Bunker Forney. Alan also leaves behind a host of many relatives and friends. Funeral services for Alan Keith Cash will be conducted in the Sunrise Chapel of Tetrick Funeral Services of Johnson City, on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. with Rev.

Jody Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Monte Vista Memorial Park at 2:30 P.M. with Mark Randolph, Luke Randolph, Billy Steadman, Bradley Steadman, Bryan Saddler, and Robert Handschumarcher serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Cash, Lonnie Cash, Ronnie Cash, Dewayne Forney, and Darrin Laws.

The family will receive friends at Tetrick Funeral Services of Johnson City on Saturday, March 2, 2019 after 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service at 1:00 P.M. The family wishes to extended their deepest gratitude to the Johnson City Medical Center 5300 nurses and staff, Nurses Judy Gogan and Kayla Sanders, the Johnson City Internal Medicine clinic as well as Dr. Victoria Shankle for their loving care.
