Mr. Albert Jackson “A.J.” Worrell, 60, died Friday, September 28, 2018, at his residence. Memorial services will be 8:00 PM, Friday, October 5, 2018 at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, October 5, 2018, at the funeral home prior to services, and at other times at 1725 S. Friendfield Road, Scranton, SC.

Mr. Worrell was born August 24, 1958, in Florence County, a son of the late James Willard Worrell and Dovie Turner Worrell. He was a mechanic with Bell South and loved fishing, hunting, and horseback riding. Surviving are two children; siblings, Evelyn (Buddy) Smith of Coward, Mattie Feagin of Turbeville, Margaret Kelly and Mitchell (Robin) Worrell, both of Coward; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Worrell was preceded in death by brother, James A. Worrell; and sisters, Wanda Euten, Sarah Lynn Worrell, Shirley Ann Worrell and Ella Mae Worrell.
