Obituary for Aldena Lee Billington Print Aldena Lee Billington, age 84, of Carl Junction, Mo. , passed away on February 13, 2019, at the Communities of Wildwood, following an illness. Aldena was born on July 31, 1934 in Joplin the daughter of the late Eldred and Elena (Morton) Waits.

She has been a lifetime area resident. She graduated from Joplin High School in 1952. She worked for W.R. Grace for twenty-five years as a bookkeeper and secretary of sales.

She was a member of 1st Christian Church of Carl Junction. She married Ernest Billington on February 7, 1975. He preceded her in death on November 20, 2017.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Maxine Porter. Aldena is survived by one son, Chris Schooley and wife Tara, Carl Jct. , Mo.

; one daughter, Vickie Kegerries and husband Randy, Carl Jct. , Mo. ; five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside committal of ashes will be 10:00 a.m. Friday February 22, 2018 at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory. To send flowers to the family of Aldena Lee Billington, please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
