Obituary for Aleta Gomez LeBlanc Aleta Gomez LeBlanc, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the age of 62. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alice Mae Perry Gomez and Wallace Francis Gomez. She is the beloved wife of 43 years of Chris LeBlanc.

She is the cherished mother of Corey LeBlanc (Jessica), Drew LeBlanc (Meredith), Joshua LeBlanc (Cherish), and Summer LeBlanc. She is the devoted grandmother of Kayla, Quinton, Cole, Caiden, Caroline, Carter, Cooper, Avery, Alexa, Serenity, and Charlotte. She is the loving “daughter” of Audrey LeBlanc and Obray LeBlanc.

She is the loving sister of Billy Compton, Trudy Bridges, Patricia Francis, Bridgette Lambert, and Levi Gomez. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other family and numerous friends. A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and friend, Aleta was passionate about spending time with her beloved family.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Friday, December 14, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 234 Angus Drive, Luling, LA. Interment Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, Westwego, LA.

In lieu of fowers the family welcomes donations to Jerusalem Shrine, 1940 Ormond Blvd. , Destrehan, LA 70047. Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd.
