Obituary for Mr. Alex Gallow Jr Mr. Alex Gallow, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 22, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ville Platte, LA, for Mr. Alex Gallow, Jr., 60, who entered eternal rest, Saturday, December 15, 2018 at his residence in Opelousas, LA. Interment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Mr. Gallow is survived by his wife, Mrs. Janice Jolivette Gallow of Opelousas, LA; two sons, Elliot Simms of Opelousas, LA and Christopher Lloyd of Natchitoches, LA; five step-children, Miguel A. Jolivette, George Stepney, Jr. both of Opelousas, LA, Danielle, Adam and Donna all of Ville Platte, LA; two brothers, Paul Wayne Gallow and Donald Gallow (Linda) both of Opelousas, LA; four sisters, Carrie Rosette (Larry) of Plaisance, LA, Mary Gallow (Ricky) of Opelousas, LA, Barbara Bias (Ray) of Opelousas, LA and Betty Calvin (Donald Ray) of Plaisance, LA; three Godchildren, Betty Calvin, Raeneisha Bias both of Opelousas, LA and Jamariah Gallow of Houston, TX; three aunts, Louella Gallow of Mamou, LA, Lucy Jolivette of Opelousas, LA and Carolyn Clark of Plaisance, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends. Mr. Gallow was preceded in death by his parents, Alex Gallow, Sr. & Larina Clark Gallow; a stillborn brother, a sister, Katherine Gallow and two nephews, Christopher Keith Gallow and Charles Christopher Gallow. Visiting hours will be observed from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Williams Funeral Home in Ville Platte, LA.
