Frankfort – “Allen” Homer E. Allen, 79, passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018. He was born in Daviess County on July 6, 1939 to the late Napoleon and Dora Goldsberry Allen. He was a retired professor from Kentucky State University and a veteran of the US Air Force.

He is survived by his life partner, Mike Grimes, Frankfort; and 2 fur babies, Faith and Hope. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Spaulding.
