Saginaw, Michigan. Beloved aunt passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019. Age 95 years.

The daughter of the late Walter and Benedicta (Ozerajtys) Lelo, Alma was born December 29, 1923 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was employed at Area Independent Insurance for 35 years until her retirement. Alma was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, the League of Catholic Women and American Legion Post #439 Auxiliary.

Surviving are Alma’s nieces and nephews, James and Regina Lelo, Freeland; Walter and Roxanne Lelo, Bridgeport; Michael and Mary D. Bergstrom, James and Linda Bergstrom, all of Colorado. Alma was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister, Herbert B. Lelo, Walter Lelo Jr. and Eleanor Bergstrom and two nephews, John H. Lelo and Herbert L. Lelo. Honoring Alma’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in the spring of 2019. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Christ the Good Shepherd Parish or the Food Pantry at Second Presbyterian Church. Arrangements entrusted to The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Road.
