Alvin L. Regel, age 88, of Linwood Township, MN, died Saturday, May 5, 2018. Alvin was an employee of NSP for over forty years. In his free time he enjoyed deer hunting, collecting maple syrup from the over 300 trees on his property and cutting wood.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Anna; wife, Patricia; grandson, Thain Ray Ezzell; brothers, Dean, Lloyd, LeRoy. He will be deeply missed by his daughters, Mary (Greg) McCarthy, Tara (Steve Clark) Ezzell, Kerry (James) Zemke; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; other family and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 11, 2018 at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment at Linwood Cemetery, Linwood, Minnesota.
