Amy Sue Grant Brown, 90, of North Little Rock, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019. She was born August 12, 1928 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Jasper and Lucy Grant. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, and served as a church secretary for Park Hill, Levy Baptist, Central Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Russellville.

She owned Amy’s Dress Shop in North Little Rock. She is survived by her son, Herbert G. Brown, Colonel Ret. , (Mary Louise); daughter, Jennifer Elmore (Rodney), sons-in-law, Douglas Eberhart and Jimmy Walker; nine grandchildren, Stephanie Kennon, Stephen Grant Brown, Mary Elizabeth Brown, Sarah Beverett, Alison Tucker, Jacob and Christopher Walker, Sterling and Chandler Elmore; and eleven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice F. Brown, SGM Ret. ; daughters, Sandra Eberhart, and Jane Flippo and eight siblings. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will be at 2:30 P.M. in Rest Haven Memorial Park in Russellville. A visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at the funeral home.
