Obituary for Andrea Gean Grundstrom Andrea Gean Grundstrom, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 23, 2018 at the age of 58 surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jimmie O. Grundstrom; her parents, Otto Alex Rigaud Jr. and Ada Mae Miley Rigaud; her grandmother, Ena France Bowers. She is the beloved sister of Alice Ann Rigaud and Pamela Rigaud Lege’.

She is the loving aunt “GiGi” of John Patrick Treadaway Jr. (Ashley), Whitney Gean Reno (Bubby) and Alex Joseph Treadaway (Jessica). She is the devoted great aunt “GiGi” of Logan Reno, Kadence Treadaway, Della Reno, Aubree Treadaway and Graison Reno. She is also survived by her loving grandfather, Emile “Pawsie” Bowers; her loving cousin, David Vincent (Nancy); other family and friends.

Andrea was a Janis Joplin listenin’, tie-dyed t-shirt wearin’, beer drinkin’, dolphin lovin’ gypsey soul. She was a valued employee of Danos at Bristow Helicopters. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Complete funeral arrangements to be announced soon. The family would like to express a special thank you to the caring and compassionate staff of Heart of Hospice, especially Mary Abadie. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Cancer Research Institute.
