Angela Myers Slezak passed away April 25, 2018 at Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse after a brief Illness. She was born in Milwaukee to David and Geri Myers October 19, 1965. The family moved to Crawford County, in the Seneca area, in 1971.

After graduation, she moved to North Carolina for a few years then on to Bettendorf, IA. There she went to school to be a Chiropractor Assistant. She was always the happiest taking care of children and ran a daycare in Belvidere, II.

She also enjoyed helping the elderly and years later worked in La Crosse with those that needed home health care. She is survived by sons Tyler (Amanda) Dudenbostel, Reuben Dudenbostel, Adam and Jason Slezak. Surviving parents are Geri (Frank) Kozelka, David (linda) Myers, siblings Trudy (Rob) Joy, Todd (Susie) Myers, Ryan (Kay) Myers and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

According to Angela’s wishes, a private family memorial service will be at the Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien, WI. www.
