91, of Cranston, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018, at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center, Providence. He was the loving husband of the late Anna R. (Ceprano) Saccoccia for forty-nine years. Born in Cranston, he was a son of the late Salvatore and Rosina (Ciccarelli) Saccoccia.

Angelo was employed by RI Sand and Gravel for thirty years then an operations officer for PRM Concrete for thirty years before retiring. He was an avid golfer, a lifelong and member of Potowomut Golf Club, a member of the City Hall Athletic Club and a parishioner of St. Mary’s Church in Cranston. Angelo is survived by his loving daughter, Susan Saccoccia-Olson and her husband Dennis of Cranston and he was also the cherished grandfather of Sara Olson.

Angelo was the brother of Loretta Grossi, Mary Crudale, Ann Thibault, Louise “Lee” Houlihan, Frank, Pasquale, Anthony, and Salvatore Saccoccia. His funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 26th, at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

VISITING HOURS: Monday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 245 Waterman Street, Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906.
