ZANESVILLE Anise Lucille Starcher, 52 passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018. She was born November 8, 1965 in Zanesville to the late Lawrence and Juanita Baker Starcher. She was employed as a social worker and a day care provider.

Anise served our country and protected our freedom in the United States Army. She is survived by her children: Johnnie Nichols, Jacob Clagett, Angela Clagett and Amber Clagett; three brothers: Dave Starcher, Larry Starcher and Joe Starcher; three sisters: Crystal Suttles, Angela Hatcher and Carrie Frame; and two grandchildren: Ryan Romine and Aiden Vaughn. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter Keri Nichols; a niece Juanita Newell and a nephew Matthew Hittle.
