Obituary for Anita Bolish Anita Bolish, age 70, of Carlisle, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at her residence. Anita was born in Princeton, West Virginia on January 21, 1948 to the late William and Mabel Johnson. Anita was preceded in death by her son, Todd Voit; sister, Diana Johnson; brother, Robert Johnson.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin William Bolish; daughter, Toni (Mark) Cowie; son, Tim (Tina) Voit; grandchildren, Amanda, Lindsay, Joey, Michael, Kevin, Heather, Zach; great-grandchildren, Jameson, Scarlet, Colton, Hunter. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 from 3:00 pm-5:00 pm at Anderson Funeral Homes, 1357 East Second Street, Franklin, Ohio 45005. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
