Obituary for Michael L. Spicer Michael Lynn Spicer, age 58, of West Carrollton, passed away Sunday December 23, 2018 at home. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on August 10, 1960 to Robert and Blanche (Raleigh) Spicer. Michael served in the Air Force and later in the Army during Gulf War.

He was retired from Robins Air Force Base as an Electronic Engineer. Michael is survived by his loving wife, Sheryl (Sherri) Morgan Spicer, his parents, a daughter, Sarah (Michael) Burrough; his son, Craig (Marisol) Dillon; and 5, grandchildren, Dalton, Morgan, Devon, Madison and Mason. Funeral services are 11:00 am Monday December 31, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Homes 1357 East Second Street Franklin with Pastor Danny Griffith officiating.

Burial will be in Dayton National Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be Monday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the funeral home. Please visit www.
