Funeral services are 11:00 am Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home 517 South Sutphin Street Middletown, OH with Pastor Roger Green officiating. Burial will be in Grace Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be prior to service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am also at the funeral home.
