Obituary for Mary Katherine Cook Mary Katherine Cook, age 93, of Middletown, OH, passed away Wednesday December 12, 2018 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 28, 1925. Katherine was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Jack L. Cook and her parents, Raish and Lou Emma Lovelace. Katherine is survived by three daughters, Sharon Metz, Judy Sisson and Jackie (Ted) Keuthan; five granddaughters, Kristi Metz, Heather (Dwayne) Hulak, Dr. Kara (Collin) Beatty, Julie (Tyler) Seaman and Kaylee Keuthan; 3 great grandchildren, and her sister, Beverly Riley. Funeral services are at the convenience of the family.

Entombment will take place in Woodside Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr. Middletown 45005.
