Obituary for PATRICIA “PAT” BLACKBURN BLACKBURN, Patricia “Pat”, age 61, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born August 15, 1957 in Hazard, Kentucky and lived in Ohio for 52 years. She was employed as a caregiver for Acare & Blackstone for over 20 years.

Pat was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who did everything for others. Preceding her in death were her parents, Henry and Margaret (Parks) Graham; and one sister, Darlene Craig. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Larry Blackburn; one son, Michael (Cheryl) Enright; one daughter, Amy (Mike) Edwards; five grandchildren, Tara, Gwen and Adrian Enright, Michael and Katherine Edwards and Brooke Blackburn; one brother, Jerry Graham; two sisters, Joyce (Robert) Clevenger and Mary (Tim Morningstar) Graham; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 18, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown. Services will be Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Dr. Dan Flory officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, Ohio.
