Obituary for Betty Sparks Betty Jean Sparks, age 78, of Middletown, OH, passed away Tuesday December 25, 2018 at Hospice of Butler-Warren Counties. She was born in Harriman, Tennessee on August 27, 1940 to Arkus and Beulah (Hibbard) Pennington. Betty was employed with Yeck Brothers Advertising for several years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne Sparks; son, Boyd Wayne Sparks; grand daughter, Amy Lynn Cheatham; great grand son, Brayden Alexander Schweers; sister, Sudie Sparks and brother, Arkus Ben Pennington. Betty’s greatest joy was being with her family and she is survived by her three daughters, Angela (Ray) Cheatham, Saundra Thacker and Keli Combs; a son, Jeffrey (Sheri) Sparks, grandchildren, Yatonna Maria (Brian) Schweers, Andrea Dawn (Chris) Schiavone, Rusty (Jamie) Sparks, Robert (Sarah) Sparks, Shemaiah, (Tyler) Kincaid, Javan (Sunshine) Tolley, Rachel King, Alan Thacker, Jason, Jonathan and Ashley Combs, also 15 great grandchildren. She also leaves her siblings, Roxie ( Udell) Breeding, Beatrice (Tommy) Judd, Dorothy (Roy) Southard, Iva Pennington, Frank (Janice) Pennington and Vanda Gabbard.

Funeral services are 10:00 am Monday December 31, 2018 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home 517 S. Sutphin Street Middletown. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the funeral home. Please visit www.
