Anita’s Obituary Anita Lou (Cochran) Mowery, 55, of Flatwoods, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital, Ashland, Kentucky. Anita was born February 17, 1964, in Ironton, Ohio, a daughter to Ronald Cochran and the late Karen (Burke) Cochran. She is survived by her husband Denny Mowery.

Anita was a graduate of Ironton High School and was a customer service employee for Tudor’s. She loved spending time with all of her family; especially her grandkids. Anita was of the Methodist faith.

In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by: three daughters: Heather Ritchie of Russell, KY, Courtney Mowery of Worthington, KY and Kristen Mahaney of Flatwoods, KY sister: Rhonda Nolte of Ashland, KY step-mother: Janice Cochran four precious grandchildren Funeral service for Anita will be 1:00 P.M., Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 518 South 6th Street, Ironton, Ohio with Pastor Tom Ross officiating, burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday, 11:00 A.M. until time of the service at the funeral home.
