Interment: Collins Cemetery – Bear Branch, Kentucky Visitation: 6p.m. – Monday evening at the church. Ann Couch Fee of Hyden, Kentucky was born April 23, 1961 in Hyden, Kentucky to the union of the late Elmer and Geraldine Couch.

Ann was a nurse aide, formerly employed by Hyden Health & Rehab and other nursing homes. Ann’s greatest joy was being involved in the lives of her grandchildren. Ann passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019 at her home in Hyden.

She was 57 years old. In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by three brothers, Clarence, Larry Gene, and David Couch. Survivors include, her husband, Ernie Fee of Hyden, KY; two children, Crystal Philbeck and Kenny Johnson, both of Hyden, KY; two brothers, Darrell Couch (Mary) of Sizerock, KY and Roy Lee Couch (Diana) of Hyden, KY; one sister, Mary Lou Simpson (Freddy) of Mozelle, KY; two cherished grandchildren also survive.
