Ann L. Collet, 84, of Tiffin, passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, June 27, 2018 at home with her husband by her side. She was born on April 15, 1934, in Tiffin, Ohio to Richard and Helena (McConnell) Unser. On June 9, 1956, she married Nicholas A. “Nick” Collet.

They enjoyed their 62 years of marriage with four loving daughters. Survivors include her husband, Nick of Tiffin; four daughters, Dianne Baylor of Sandusky, Theresa Hensley of Sandusky, Sharon (Tom) Olson of Beavercreek and Susan (Robert) Wright of Huron; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son; and two brothers, James Unser and Louis Unser.

Ann graduated in 1952 from Tiffin Calvert High School, then worked at Tiffin Glass. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and belonged to Clinton Twp. Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary.

Ann enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, flowers, family camping and creating cakes for many church festivals. Ann was the heart of her family. She lived life courageously and with a resilient spirit.

She was loved dearly and will be greatly missed. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Anthony Coci officiating.

A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 5-8:00 P.M. on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424.
