Obituary for Ann Leyva Ann Leyva, 61, of Crown Point, Indiana passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018. During her extended illness, she was cared for by her loving husband of 43 years, James Leyva. She is also survived by her daughter, Christina; her siblings: Karen Beyer, Sharon (Jerry) Duracz, and Therese (Kyle) Costa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond & Mary Beyer. Ann was employed at NIPSCO for 25 years and loved her work. Her smiling face will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Memory Lane Funeral Home, 6305 W. Lincoln Highway (US 30), Crown Point, Indiana. The funeral will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m. with burial after the service at Memory Lane Memorial Park. Please contact the funeral home for further information at (219) 322-2050.
