Obituary for Vada Amanda Troxel Vada Amanda Troxel, age 94, of Crown Point, formerly of Merrillville, Indiana, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018. Vada was born in Peoria, Illinois, on April 6, 1924 to Henry and Edith Winski. She is survived by her loving daughter: Diane Lange, and her brother: Ronald Winski.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Troxel; sisters: Shirley Seling and Edna Wittig; and brother: Tony Winski. Vada is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Vada enjoyed her many years in sales at Troxel Jewelers.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at Memory Lane Funeral Home, 6305 W. Lincoln Highway (US 30), Crown Point, IN. (219) 322-2050. www.
