Ann S. Jacobson (Nee Wojcik) 86 of Elizabeth. Passed away on Saturday February 16, 2019. A life long resident of Elizabeth.

Ann was a member of the Polish Falcons of America Nest 115, Elizabeth. She was the beloved wife of the late, Irwin Jacobson (2010). Surviving are her children Barbara of Elizabeth, Donna of South Plainfield, Robyn Of Union, and Benjamin and his wife Digna of Clark.

Also survived by her Grandchildren Benjamin And Silva Jacobson , Victoria and Isidro Cruz and Great Grandchildren Julian , Olivia and Violet. Visitation will be Tuesday February 19, from 4pm till 8pmand funeral mass will be held Wednesday 10 am at St. Adalberts R.C. Church in Elizabeth with burial to follow at Mt.
