Ann Taylor Womack January 16, 1939 – January 23, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Ann Taylor Womack, daughter of the late Olan Fred Taylor and Oma Burns Taylor, was born January 16, 1939 in Oxford, Arkansas. She departed this life January 23, 2019 in Ash Flat, Arkansas at the age of 80 years and 7 days. At 16 years old, she was united in marriage to Bill John Womack and together they raised three children.

Ann spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, homemaker and friend. Ann was employed by Baxter Lab in Mountain Home, retiring after twenty-nine years of employment. Later in life she work at Millers Hardware.

She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Melbourne First Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters and two sons in-law: Teresa and Jerry Frazier of Melbourne and Tonya and Jeff Cummins of Cherokee Village; one sister: Corena Taylor of Southside; four grandchildren: Heather Womack-King, Alisha Frazier, Cody Goodman and Colton Goodman; two great grandchildren: Averie Frazier, Haddie Slayden and a host of other relatives and many good friends. She was preceded in death by her husband; one son: Terry Womack; one brother: Tommy Taylor; two sisters: Mary Lee Easter and Bernice Taylor.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 24 from 6-8 p.m. at Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Melbourne. Funeral service will be Friday, January 25 at 2:00 p.m. at Melbourne First Baptist Church with Rick Burke officiating. Burial will be at Melbourne Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to : Melbourne First Baptist Church, P. O. Box 554, Melbourne, Arkansas 72556. Pallbearers: Cody Goodman, Colton Goodman, James Miller, Kirk Miller, Paul Womack, Jerry Blankenship. Honorary Pallbearer: Paul Gray Miller.
