She was born September 10, 1941, in South Bend, Indiana, to Rudolph and Florence (Janowski) DePaepe. Ann enjoyed gardening and visiting family.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Mary Hartman. She is survived by two sons, Douglas Fox and wife, Melissa, and Steve Fox; one brother, Rudy DePaepe; one sister, Helen Davis; and one grandson, Dominick Fox.
