The earthy circle of life for the Robert Leo and Rose Theresa Bumm Clark family is complete, Ann Theresa Clark Hardesty passed from this life on May 19, 2019 and now joins her family in heaven. She has been reunited with her husband, Thomas Clifton Hardesty Sr., her daughter Rose Mary Hardesty, her siblings, Martin Clark, Sylvester Clark, Aloysius Clark, Robert L. Clark, Jr., Bernadette Paulin, Mary Rose Hayden, Magdalene Morris, and Joseph Clark. She was born July 24, 1923 and was a long-standing member of St. Martin’s Catholic Church, serving on various committees and chair of the picnic raffle for many years.

She loved her garden, canning, and was an avid quilter and bridge player. She had an open-door policy and no one who visited left hungry. Left here to continue the Thomas Clifton and Ann Theresa Clark Hardesty family circle of life are sons, Bob (Pat) Hardesty of Cincinnati, Ohio, Joe (Debbie) Hardesty of Owensboro, Tom (Donna) Hardesty, of Whitesville, Ben Hardesty of Whitesville, Louis (Patty) Hardesty, of Sanford NC, and Philip Hardesty of Whitesville, her daughters, Theresa (Jackie) Wyatt of Owensboro, Ruth Ann (Rob) Pritchard of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Kathy (Jason) Warren, Kim (Colin) Baker, Brent (Therese) Rushing, Ben Zuerner, Sterling Hardesty, Zachary Hardesty, Erin (Jason) Ward, Sam Wyatt, Emily Wyatt, Laura (John) Thompson, Daniel Hardesty, Michael Hardesty, Sarah Pritchard, Andrew Pritchard; her great-grandchildren, Madi and Meri Rushing, Abby and Amber Zuerner, Jackson and Blake Wyatt, Leah, Ethan and Max Thompson, Thomas Hardesty, and Lacey, Nathan, and Ashton Ward.

Services will be held 10:00 am Thursday, May 23, 2019 at St. Martin Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory, and again from 8:30 am to 10:00 am Thursday at the church.

Prayers will be said 6:00 pm Wednesday, and Rosary will be said 7:30 pm at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to the St. Martin Catholic Church; Building Fund; Kentucky 81; Rome, Kentucky 42301. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
