Anna “Ruth” Ainsco, age 93, of McKeesport, died April 19, 2018, at home. Born March 14, 1925, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Olivia (Barns) Clifton King and the wife of the late Charles W. Ainsco. Ruth dedicated her life to caring for her family.

She was a member of the former Emmanuel Presbyterian Church. She was a member of Community Life, where she enjoyed being with her friends. Ruth looked forward to local trips to the Phipps Conservatory, Kennywood and restaurants.

She enjoyed visiting her daughter, Denise in Erie, PA and her son, Charles in Cambridge, OH. Ruth is survived by her children, Karen Yorchuck of Liberty Borough, Charles W. (Jean) Ainsco of Cambridge, OH and Crisann Scanlon of McKeesport; grandchildren, Brian (Ann Marie), Keith (Erin), Mark (Lindsay), Matthew, Robert, Dylan, Morgan, Brenden, Braxton, Joss and Cori; great grandsons, Charles Steven and Miles Patton. In addition to her parents and husband, Ruth was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Ukasik and grandson, Robert Lewis Yorchuck.

Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Monday, April 23, 2018, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at Noon, in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Jody Dausey officiating. Burial will follow in McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Community Life, 2400 Ardmore Blvd.
