Anthony (Tony) Martellucci, 88, husband of Helen P. (Hoffmann) Martellucci, of Phoenixville, PA, died peacefully on Saturday, January 5, 2019. Born on October 1, 1930 in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of the late Luigi and Maria (Ciano) Martellucci. While attending the Academy of Aeronautics, NY he joined the U. S. Navy Reserve in 1947.

He served aboard the U.S.S. Princeton – CV-37 during the Korean War. He received his Master’s Degree from Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute and was an Aerospace Engineer for General Electric Space Division and Corporate VP at Science Applications International Corp. He was a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics since 1955.

In addition to his wife he is survived by: Son, Stephen husband of Amanda Martellucci; Son, Michael Martellucci; Son, Thomas husband of Karen Martellucci; Daughter, Diane (Martellucci) wife of Robert Klein. 12 Grandchildren: Katama, Zachary, Ellen, Anna, Evan, Anthony, Anna, Matthew, Kelly, Jake, Tyler, and Paulina. Sister, Sue Gochal.

Preceded in death by brother and sister, Pat Martellucci and Fran DiPietra. Funeral Service and burial will be private. Public Celebration of Life to follow in the near future.
