Longtime East Longmeadow resident Anthony R. Quagliato, 81, died peacefully on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the Jewish Nursing Home. Born in Marlborough, MA to the late Antonio and Filomena (Monaco) Quagliato, he was a salesman for Brockway Smith of East Longmeadow for many years. Tony was a faithful communicant of St. Michael’s Church and belonged to the Knights of Columbus of East Longmeadow.

He was a Shriner and a Mason and was a season ticket holder and lifelong Patriots fan. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years Rosemarie (Minchella) Quagliato, their sons Michael Quagliato and his wife Lisa of Florida, Steven Quagliato and his wife Sherri of New York and the late Bruce Quagliato, two grandchildren Christina and Lynn and one great granddaughter Isabella. Visitation will be held on Thursday February 21st from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Wilbraham Funeral Home, 2551 Boston Rd.

, Wilbraham. Family and friends may meet for Tony’s Funeral Mass on Friday at 10:00 AM at St. Michael’s Church, 128 Maple St., East Longmeadow. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bruce Quagliato Scholarship Fund, c/o Holyoke Community College Foundation, 303 Homestead Ave. , Holyoke, MA 01040.
