Obituary for Anthony Richard “Tony” Hale Anthony Richard “Tony” Hale, age 63 of Spencer, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, December 24, 2018, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta in Sparta, Tennessee. Tony was born Saturday, April 2, 1955 in McMinnville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late JL Hale and the late Melvina Russell Hale. Tony is survived by his: sister – Viva Lemons many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
Special thanks to all his caregivers at NHC of Sparta. A Graveside service will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday at the Spencer Town Cemetery located at Billingsley St. Spencer, Tennessee 38585 with the Michael Neal officiating. Interment will be in Spencer Town Cemetery, Spencer, TN.
