“To everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under the heaven”. Ecclesiastes 3:1 Antrina Denise Spencer was born September 28, 1971 in Kansas City, Kansas to the parent of Dilcie Spencer. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, three uncles and two aunts.

“Trina” as she was affectionately called, received her formal education from the Kansas City Kansas Pubic School USD 500. She graduated from the Wyandotte High School class of “1990”. Trina had many aspired goals.

She graduated from AVTS as a certified Nurse Assistant, Trina loved doing hair and continued her education in the field of cosmetology. She attended Phoenix University and was working toward a degree in Accounting. Trina was an achiever of her goals.

Trina was employed at G.E. Capitol/Synchrony for 15 years. Trina confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and was baptized at the Calvary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. M. E. Cockrell.

In later years she became a member of the Guiding Star Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. David Lee. She was a devoted Mother to her sons Andrew and Quincy, as well as a loving daughter and sister.

She was a fun loving by nature, quite spoken, had a kind and sweet spirit. She took pleasure in being with her family and her friends. Trina enjoyed her hobbies and spiritual gifts singing, shopping, crocheting, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

Trina leaves a legacy of strength, courage and love not only to her family but to all those who knew her. On Friday, October 26, 2018, Antrina Denise Spencer who touched the lives of many was called home to be with the Lord. Now there is reserved for her a crown of righteousness which the Lord the righteous Judge will give on that day.

Antrina Denise Spencer, leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Andrew Jackson, Sr. Quincy Spencer, both of Kansas City, Kansas. Her mother Dilcie Spencer (Charles) Slaughter, two sisters Joy Spencer , Jarica (Stanley) Culler, Her father Jari Johnson, three grandchildren Jazee’re Jackson, Tenacia Jackson, Andrew Jackson, Jr. an extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces nephews, and special friends. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Guiding Star Missionary Baptist Church 3035 North 27th.
