Archie Dwain Cook, Sr., 79 of Magnolia, Arkansas passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 at Springhill Baptist Medical Center in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born on March 31, 1940 in Lewisville, Arkansas to the late Archie Kirk Cook and Ida (Waldo) Cook. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp from 1958 to 1964.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Lewisville, Arkansas and a Mason. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Billie Sue Crank, brother, George C. “Scooter” Cook; and the mother of his children, Judy Ann Cook. He is survived by his son Archie Dwain Cook, Jr. of Buckner, Arkansas; daughter Dana Marie Cook of Lewisville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Ashley Fletcher, Christia Ann Cook, Alaina Maria Larey; and five great grandchildren, Christopher, Kaitlyn, Tanner, Alivia, and Natalie.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, May 31, 2019 at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery in Lewisville. Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
