Arthur “Artie” McNeill Cochran, age 77, of Seaford, DE passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at his home. Artie enlisted in the Navy and served a term of 2 years active duty and four years reserve. After his services he worked in NY City and Piscataway, NJ for RCA/GE/MCI/World Com/MCI/Verizon for 44 years.

He was the son of the late Floyd and Marge Cochran. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Lantz and a son, Shaun Cochran. Artie is survived by his wife Elaine, a son, Duane Cochran of Euless, TX, a daughter, Laurie Ann Lepore, of Phillipsburg, NJ, a step-son, Gregory Thorpe of Chesterfield, VA and a step-daughter, Deborah DeNuzzo, of Dayton, NJ, 3 grandchildren and 4 step-grandsons.
