Joanne Brosius, age 77, of Seaford, DE, formerly of Baltimore, MD passed away on June 6, 2018 at the Manor House in Seaford, DE. She lived in Seaford for 56 years and was married for 59 years. She was born in Everett PA, the daughter of the late Lois Grace Cypher and Guy Nesbitt Cypher.

She is survived by her husband whom she married in July of 1957, a daughter, Kimberly Brebner and her husband Jonathan, a son, David, 4 grandchildren, Meghan Craig and her husband Tim, Tyler Brebner, Matthew Brosius and Hannah Brosius, one great-grandchild, Adelaide and a sister, Marjorie Hart of Shrewsbury, MA. Joanne grew up in Baltimore, Graduated from Eastern High School in 1957. After moving to Seaford in 1962 she raised her family and returned to Del Tech, received her BS in nursing.

She worked for 20 years at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Life Care at Lofland Park and the Manor House. She was a talented artist who painted, made jewelry and specialized in making porcelain dolls. She will be buried at St. Mark’s Church in Bedford, PA.
