Arthur (Art) J. Reida, 93, of Dublin, was welcomed home in the arms of our Lord on Tuesday, January 22, 2019. Veteran U.S. Marine Corps, WWII. Retired from Ranco, Tool and Die Design Engineer.

Member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Devoted husband, father and grandfather. Provided years of compassionate care to his wife and son, who both preceded him in death.

Enjoyed fishing with his sons and spending time with his grandchildren. Skilled and avid golfer. Art played to win right up to the age of 92.

Preceded in death by wife, Agnes Reida; Parents, Michael and Mary Reida; son, Michael Reida; brother, John Reida; sisters, Dorothy Lisska and Clara Reida. Survived by son, Martin Reida (Debbie) of Powell; daughter-in-law, Cathy Reida of Powell; grandchildren, Ashley (Jon) Hoover, Kasey Reida, Chase Reida, Jared Reida and Heather Reida; great-grandchildren, Chloe, Liam and Jayce; many nieces, nephews and friends. Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Rutherford Funeral Home of Powell, 450 W. Olentangy St., Powell.

A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, January 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 10700 Liberty Rd. , Powell with a lunch reception immediately following in the church social hall. Fr.
