Yenter, 81 of Camp Douglas, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at his home. He was born on September 25, 1937 to Arthur A. and Eleanor G. (Friday) Yenter in Milwaukee, WI. In 1994, Arthur was united in marriage to Louise Ebert-Fogel.

She preceded him in death on May 12, 2015. Working as a mechanic for many years at Milwaukee Concours, Arthur knew a car inside and out. He was easy going, good natured, and had a good sense of humor.

As an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed spending time in the woods hunting, casting out a fishing line and watching the birds. He was will be sadly missed by those that loved him. He is survived by his children, Dean (Kathy) Yenter of Tomah and Lisa (Duane) Lueck of Tomah, grandchildren, Nicole (Noah) Nauman, Perry (Delilah Gooley) Lueck, Austin (Ashley) Yenter, Anthony (Chelsea) Yenter, Dustin (Rachel Rasmussen) Yenter, great grandchildren, Izeyha, Josh, Kayleigh, Audrey, Eleanor, Shelby, sisters, Judy Sadowski and Laverne (Mike) Szydel, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Louise, sister, Marlene and a grandson, Thomas Troyk. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019, 2:00 P.M. at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, 801 E. Monowau Street, Tomah. Pastor Robert Streeter will officiate.

Relatives and friends are invited for a time of visitation on Sat at the funeral home from 12:00 Noon until the time of the services. Online condolences may be given at www.
