Aubrey Lee “Rat” Clamp Belton Aubrey Lee “Rat” Clamp, 84, husband of Carolyn Fricks Clamp, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at his residence. Born in Anderson County, he was the son of the late Bert and Jesse Mitchell Clamp. He was the owner and operator of C&D Salvage and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Antreville.

He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him. Surviving in addition to his wife of 63 years are: sons, Mike Clamp (Frances) and Steve Clamp (Roxanne) all of Belton; daughters, Janet Wall (Randy) of Belton and Susan Bell (Ronnie) of Williamston; sister, Sarah Hughes of Belton; 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by: brothers, Raymond and Ernest Clamp; sisters, Vera Darby, Frances McAlister and Ruth Clamp.

Graveside service will be held 2pm Friday at Garden of Memories with Rev. Frankie McClain officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6pm until 8pm at Cox Funeral Home.

Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Divine Hospice, 115 White Hall Rd. , Anderson, SC 29625. The family will be at the residence.
