Barbara Ann Mayhall June 19, 1941 – January 2, 2019 Barbara Ann (House) Mayhall was born June 19, 1941 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Robert J and Marjorie Lee (Brown) House. Barbara passed on January 2, 2019 in Enterprise, Oklahoma at the age of 77. She is survived by: Her Husband: Leonard Ray Mayhall of Stigler, OK Two Sons: Kenny Mayhall and wife, Shirley, of Moore, OK Randy Mayhall and wife, Lana, of Brooken, OK One Daughter: Jennifer Crooch and husband, Willy, of Checotah, OK Linda Mayhall, raised by the Mayhall family starting at the age of 12 Her mother: Marjorie House of Stigler, OK Grandchildren: Kristen Tackett and husband, Jeremy, of Bella Vista, AR; Nikki Hebrink and husband, Ryan, of Oklahoma City, OK; Garon Mayhall of Stigler, OK; Gus Crooch and wife, Suzie, of Chouteau, OK; and Jadyn Crooch of Tulsa, OK Great Grandchildren: Ila and Ayson Tackett, Barrett Cannon, and Taylor Hebrink Born: June 19, 1941 Death: January 2, 2019 She is preceded in death by her father, Robert House.

Barbara attended Crooked Oak Elementary until her family moved to Lequire when she was 12 years of age. She attended McCurtain School until she married the love of her life Leonard at age 16. Barbara and Leonard moved to Quinton where she graduated in 1959.

Barbara was a devout member of the Enterprise Baptist Church for more than 50 years. She was co-owner of Leonard’s DX where she served thousands of customers and built lifelong relationship for 25 years. After selling the business she helped establish and then managed the first adolescent group home in Stigler for 7 years.

Barbara then became the caregiver of Chad, whom she dutifully served for 23 years. She served numerous City, County and State Boards. Although she was a hard-working, civic-minded, loyal leader, her greatest accomplishment was her love and devotion to her ever growing family and friends.

She would stop at nothing to help anyone in need. Her compassion for all people was ever present. Her presence will be missed more than words can express.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 5, 2019 at First Baptist Church of Stigler with Gary Wilson, officiating and under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Stigler. Interment will follow at Stigler Cemetery in Stigler, Oklahoma. Family visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be; Willy Crooch, Jeremy Tackett, Ryan Hebrink, Gus Crooch, Garon Mayhall and Rodney Robinson. Honorary Pallbearers will be; Leon Mantooth, Gene Brooks, Joe Harmon, Chad Martin, Ayson Tackett, and Mark McCoy.
