Obituary for Barbara J. (O’Brien) Gray Barbara J. (O’Brien) Gray, age 93, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Darby Glenn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Barbara was born on March 7, 1925 to Michael and Dorothy Carter. She worked for Motorist Mutual, Ohio State University Hospital, Beasley Industries (JW Watson) and Ohio State Medical Associates.

Barbara was an avid reader, but her family meant the world to her and gave her joy. Preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Dorothy Carter; and great grandson, Hudson Ohlinger. Survived by her children, Linda (Bruce) Ohlinger, Kathy (Gary) Hahn, Bob O’Brien and Becky O’Brien; grandchildren, Melissa (Joe) Vega, Justin (Jenn) Ohlinger, Jeremy (Lydia) Ohlinger, Sara (Mark) Jenkins, Brian (Bianca Ramirez) Purcell, Christopher (Maureen) Purcell and David Purcell; 13 great grandchildren; brother, Robert “Bob” (Betty) Carter; many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 2-3 pm on Friday, April 27, 2018 at HEART and HOPE FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER, 3030 W. Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio where funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm.
