Shon T. Perry, age 44, passed away on Sunday, April 22,2018 at Mt Carmel West. Preceded in death by: Mother: Mary Perry. Survived by: Wife: Serena.

Children: Durron, Deon (Jess), Danna, Jon (Heather), Tanecia, Jade and Harmony. 10 grandchildren. Father: John Gaines.

Sister: Stephon. Special nephew: Daniel. Nieces and nephews: Saniyyah, Tayvion and Jamarion.

A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Wherum and his friends and family at Liberty Dialysis Center. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St., Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 2-5 PM.
