Barbara Jean Lawrence 46 of Ravenna, formerly of Palmyra, passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2019. She was born July 1, 1972 in Madison, WI to the late Reynaldo and Eliza (Punzel) Castillo. Barbara was a US Navy veteran and a classified sales representative for the Record Courier.

Survivors include her husband of 27 years Monte Lawrence, children Sara, Anthony, Benjamin, Cheyenne and Richard Lawrence, grandchildren Serenity, Casey, Celina, Brantly, Joslynn, Barbara, Sophia, Nova and Hunter and siblings Debbi (John) Tjebkes, Gail Lemke, Sara Lemke, Cindy Lemke, Judy Wollin, Gary Lemke, Bruce and Brian Lemke and Ken (Gloria) Lemke. Calling hours will be from 1 to 3 PM Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be at 1 PM Monday, February 18, 2019 at the funeral home with Reverend William Snyder officiating.

Burial will follow in West Cemetery in Palmyra. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Bikers Against Child Abuse, State of Ohio Chapter, PO Box 232, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
